Supply Network Planning Assistant Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Network Planning Assistant Analyst to operate the automated Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) process for a set of supply sourcing lanes. The role ensures that product movements are efficiently scheduled so that items reach the right locations on time, supporting target customer service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and run the automated DRP process, including parameterisation of the Pro‑link planning tool.
• Lead the standard DRP agenda and drive productivity initiatives.
• Design and manage inventory deployment, trans‑shipments and the deployment network.
• Lead regional exception‑based planning, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customer service, demand and supply planning teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and adjust lead times and safety‑stock settings in the system.
• Support onboarding of new DRP team members.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience in distribution planning or related supply planning tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Pro‑link planning tool.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
