Supply Network Planning Associate Analyst

About the role

The Supply Network Planning Associate Analyst is responsible for operating the automated Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) process across multiple supply sourcing lanes. The role ensures that product movements are efficiently planned, executed on time, and aligned with target customer service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and run the automated DRP process, updating parameters as needed.
• Manage inventory deployment, trans‑shipments, and network design to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Lead regional exception‑based planning, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customer service, demand, and supply planning teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Adjust safety stock settings dynamically and keep lead‑time data current.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in distribution or supply planning.
• University degree, preferably in engineering or logistics.
• Background in FMCG or similar fast‑moving consumer goods environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Pro‑link planning tool.
• JDA (or similar) planning system.
• ERP experience, specifically SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (and Outlook) proficiency.
