Supply Network Planning Associate Analyst

About the role

The Supply Network Planning Associate Analyst executes Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) to ensure finished goods are efficiently deployed across the distribution network. The role works closely with demand, supply, manufacturing, logistics and customer service teams to drive accurate replenishment and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily DRP process, coordinating finished‑goods deployment to all distribution locations.
• Monitor planning outputs, identify and resolve exceptions, and mitigate supply or inventory risks.
• Manage inventory deployment, stock transfers and replenishment plans while optimizing transportation and holding costs.
• Maintain and improve master data and system parameters such as lead times, safety stocks, sourcing rules and replenishment settings.
• Analyze inventory performance to reduce stock‑outs, excess, slow‑moving and obsolete stock and meet service‑level targets.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation to align execution priorities.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of service failures, expedites and inventory imbalances and implement corrective actions.
• Support S&OP and Supply Review meetings with inventory projections, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Ensure planning systems (SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Prolink or equivalents) remain accurate and fully utilized.
• Identify and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to simplify processes, increase planning accuracy and automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing DRP or similar distribution planning processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs such as case fill rate, OTIF, inventory days of supply and deployment accuracy.
• Demonstrated capability to work cross‑functionally with demand, supply, manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills to address planning exceptions and supply constraints.

• Prolink or equivalent supply‑chain execution system.
