Supply Planner – Skin Cleansing

About the role

The Supply Planner for the Skin Cleansing category will balance production across factories and distribution centres, ensuring optimal inventory levels while supporting brand innovation and renovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the end‑to‑end supply planning process, developing the master production plan.
• Prepare and maintain the Master Plan using SAP APO and other planning tools.
• Interface with demand planners, material planners, plant schedulers, marketing, quality and master‑data teams.
• Manage projects related to innovations, renovations, capacity planning and value‑improvement programmes.
• Coordinate SKU/item setups with master‑data and factory teams.
• Develop tactical supply plans that align with brand objectives and market changes.
• Control inventory levels while protecting customer service through stock‑replenishment coordination.
• Act as the main link between GTM demand and manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth supply‑chain execution.
• Drive delivery performance, reduce waste and generate cost savings across production sites and warehouses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work cross‑functionally with planners, schedulers and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to support brand and category strategies.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑moving consumer‑goods environment.
