Sustainability Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sustainability Analyst to design, implement and scale initiatives that generate positive social and environmental impact. Based in New Cairo, you will work across programs that include youth education, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, energy access and community development, supporting Schneider’s sustainability ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, ideation and planning, and develop relationships with partner organisations to deliver sustainability projects.
• Coordinate corporate sustainability and social‑impact programmes through the full project lifecycle, from planning to monitoring.
• Support stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with NGOs, government entities, educational institutions and community groups.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments and site visits, evaluating technical, economic, social and environmental aspects.
• Prepare reports, documentation and impact assessments using data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Assist in the development of technical solutions that advance sustainability goals.
