Sustainability Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sustainability Analyst to design, implement, and scale transformative sustainability initiatives that improve lives, empower communities, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, ideation, planning and develop relationships with partner organisations to implement activities aligned with the corporate sustainability strategy.
• Coordinate sustainability and social impact programmes across the full project lifecycle, including planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments, site visits and inspections covering technical, economic, social and environmental aspects.
• Develop reporting, documentation and impact assessments using data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Support technical solution development and implementation leveraging the company’s portfolio of products, services and software.
• Secure growth opportunities and develop new sustainability partnerships while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of experience.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
