Systems Development & Automation Lead

About the role

SNAP14 is looking for a Systems Development & Automation Lead to design, build, and evolve internal business systems. You will work at the intersection of systems design, automation, and delivery, turning ambiguous inputs into clear, executable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations across Zoho One and related tools.
• Translate vague user requirements into structured system plans, phased execution, and MVP solutions.
• Own system architecture, role‑based access, permissions, and tool integrations.
• Plan and manage initiatives from concept to delivery, balancing speed, quality, and scope.
• Manage outsourced developers, set technical direction, review code, and ensure secure, documented releases.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Leadership to remove workflow friction and build analytics dashboards.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and governance standards, and train teams on new workflows.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements and deliver clear system solutions.
• Experience managing external developers and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
• Strong organisational skills to maintain backlogs, documentation, and governance.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
