T3000 Engineering Engineer – Power Generation (Cairo)

About the role

As a T3000 Engineering Engineer you will design, configure and implement Siemens T3000 control system solutions for power generation projects across the Middle East. You will work in a collaborative team that values mentorship, leading technical initiatives and supporting junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Siemens T3000 control system solutions for power generation projects.
• Develop and test automation logic, HMI graphics and system interfaces.
• Lead technical execution of I&C projects, ensuring scope, schedule and quality compliance.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
• Conduct on‑site and remote commissioning activities for T3000 systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to improve plant reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, Automation or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in I&C engineering with a focus on Distributed Control Systems.
• Proven experience as a technical lead or subject‑matter expert on complex engineering projects.
• Siemens Certified T3000 Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
