Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment strategy, enhance candidate experience, and build a high‑performing talent acquisition team. The role will partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure we attract top talent aligned with our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate workforce plans into actionable talent acquisition strategies and define recruitment KPIs.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned functions, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Optimize the ATS and recruitment workflows for efficiency and data integrity.
• Supervise, coach and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals, setting performance expectations and conducting reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance on role calibration.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and expand direct‑sourcing channels while reducing reliance on agencies.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor regulations and uphold diversity and fairness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• 6–8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Required skills

• Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, competency‑based interviewing and assessment methods.
