Talent Acquisition Section Head

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Section Head is a full‑time, on‑site position in Markaz Tanta. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both store and head‑office positions, partner with managers to define hiring needs, develop recruitment plans, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities including workforce planning, sourcing, selection and onboarding for store and corporate roles.
• Partner with store management and department leaders to understand hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with universities, training centres, and manage graduate recruitment programs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.
• Manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in retail or fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong recruitment and hiring skills, including end‑to‑end processes and interviewing techniques.
• Experience with employer branding and graduate recruitment/campus outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to organise multiple vacancies, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of HR best practices, basic labour law and recruitment compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or recruitment platforms.
