About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Minapharm Pharmaceuticals, you will support the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for the company’s growing portfolio of biopharmaceutical products. Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition to onboarding, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Source candidates primarily through LinkedIn and maintain daily updates in internal recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional heads to align hiring plans with workforce needs.
• Meet assigned hiring targets by developing and adapting structured recruitment plans.
• Deliver a professional, transparent candidate experience that reinforces Minapharm’s employer brand.
