Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cairo

About the role

Beside Group, a leading retail chain in the Middle East, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Cairo team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to build a diverse and qualified workforce that supports the company’s long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to create talent pipelines.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Draft job descriptions and interview questions aligned with position requirements.
• Screen CVs, portfolios, and references to compile shortlists of suitable candidates.
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to expand the candidate pool.
• Maintain comprehensive recruitment records, including interview notes and related documentation.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Experience using social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks for recruitment.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and documentation of recruitment processes.
