Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cairo

About the role

VOILÀ is seeking a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its retail, production, and support functions in Cairo. You will be the primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete hiring journey: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Utilise multiple channels—including job boards, social media, referrals, and events—to attract qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, maintaining accurate recruitment data and regular reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as career page content, recruitment campaigns, and participation in hiring events.
• Manage mass‑hiring initiatives for retail and production roles during peak seasons, ensuring efficient cycles and consistent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle talent acquisition experience across multiple role types and levels.
• Experience managing multiple open vacancies while maintaining quality and speed.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage recruitment (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR databases and recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting tools.
