Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Fayoum plant team. You will partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and drive the recruitment process for a leading automotive supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize job boards, social media, career fairs, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform reference checks and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
