About the role
Join a dynamic HR team in Cairo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for attracting and securing top talent to support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through professional networks, online platforms and events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer negotiation.
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit and growth potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
- Promote employer brand through job descriptions and career events.
Required profile
- 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical problem‑solving approach.
Required skills
- Foundational knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in using communication and collaboration platforms.
