Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads the Talent Acquisition team and oversees the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non‑technical positions across the organization. The role designs sourcing strategies, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a strong candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.
• Distribute recruitment requisitions, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end hiring for a diverse range of roles, including technology, business, sales and support functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, building talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Review candidate shortlists, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and manage senior or hard‑to‑fill vacancies.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate insights and reports for continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven leadership of a recruitment team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume hiring and senior‑level, hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience reporting recruitment performance.
