About the role
Join Siemens Mobility’s Talent Acquisition team in Egypt as a Working Student. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a hands‑on introduction to recruitment processes within a global leader in mobility solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with daily operational tasks.
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including CV screening and telephone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Create marketing content for social media and the company website to promote the Siemens Mobility brand.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving talent acquisition and onboarding efficiency.
Required profile
- Third‑year undergraduate studying Business Administration.
- Interest in a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to work five days a week on‑site and demonstrate proactive teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Effective task prioritisation and independent work ethic.
