Talent Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Talent Development Coordinator to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives that boost employee capabilities and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and keep accurate training records.
• Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, handling logistics and material preparation.
• Conduct needs assessments, gather feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on training metrics, program outcomes, and ROI.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Contribute to career development plans, succession planning, and the creation of e‑learning content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) are a plus.
