Talent Sourcing Associate Manager – Retail Frontline Hiring

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is looking for an Associate Manager – Talent Sourcing to lead high‑volume retail frontline hiring across its Egypt operations. You will manage a dedicated sourcing team, build talent pipelines, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Sourcing Associates and Specialists to achieve SLA targets for frontline hiring.
• Own end‑to‑end sourcing for bulk hiring campaigns, assessment events, store openings and proactive talent pooling aligned with workforce forecasts.
• Ensure high‑quality talent delivery through rigorous screening, shortlisting, workload planning and a focus on speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Build strategic partnerships with government bodies, educational institutions, training providers and community organisations to strengthen pipelines and employer branding.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Retail Operations to forecast demand, align sourcing capacity and provide regular pipeline health updates.
• Leverage market intelligence and analytics to monitor labour trends, sourcing effectiveness, diversity outcomes and workforce planning insights.
• Maintain compliance and governance by ensuring accurate data in SAP SuccessFactors and adherence to recruitment policies and regulations.
• Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and community outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment focused on mass hiring or high‑volume recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Team‑player with a collaborative approach and a passion for knowledge sharing.
