About the role
The Tax Supervisor will lead the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian tax laws. This role supports month‑end and year‑end closing activities and acts as the primary liaison during tax audits.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Handle tax audits and communicate effectively with tax authorities.
- Prepare tax provisions and support month‑end/year‑end closing processes.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with internal departments on tax‑related matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Required skills
- Oracle (experience using Oracle for tax processes is an advantage).
