About the role
We are a long‑term real‑estate investment and asset‑management firm seeking a proactive Coach to support our teams on a daily basis. You will help new hires quickly adapt to our workflows and guide existing staff toward higher execution efficiency and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one consultations tailored to specific operational situations.
- Deliver clear, concise advice on best practices and process improvements.
- Monitor daily team performance and give timely feedback on issues.
- Assist with basic process optimisation to ensure orderly, high‑quality output.
- Support onboarding activities to accelerate new‑hire familiarity with business operations.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training within a corporate environment.
- Ability to analyse operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining consistent quality standards.
