Team Lead AI, RPA & Citizen Development

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is looking for a Team Lead AI, RPA & Citizen Development in Cairo. You will lead a cross-functional team of AI & Citizen Development Community Enablers and RPA Developers, covering both the technical delivery of automation and AI solutions and the community, enablement and change needed for adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team, plan capacity and prioritize the backlog between RPA delivery and enablement work
• Own end-to-end delivery of automation (Microsoft Power Platform / UiPath) and AI use cases, from intake to deployment and support
• Steer the citizen development toolkit and tech stack (Power Platform, 365 Copilot) and ensure quality, reusability and maintainability
• Act as a key contact for business leaders, IT and InfoSec, and embed governance, compliance and responsible AI/data standards
• Drive community, training and change initiatives, identify scaling opportunities and report progress to management

Required profile

• Leadership experience with a track record of growing people
• Strong business-to-technical translation and stakeholder management skills
• Good communicator and prioritizer, comfortable balancing delivery speed with technical soundness
• Nice to have: experience scaling automation/AI programs globally, change management or community-building experience

Required skills

• UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform
• Nice to have: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Python, VBA, API/database integration, certifications in Power Platform, UiPath or AI tools
