Team Lead, Production

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to oversee production operations, ensuring that packaging targets are met while maintaining compliance with SOPs and GMPs. The role involves operating multiple machines, supervising the manufacturing team, and coordinating with internal departments and external technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Operate more than one packaging machine in line with established guidelines to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Coach and train junior staff on simple tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Supervise day‑to‑day line and machine operations, guaranteeing that work processes follow design specifications and quality standards.
• Document activities according to written procedures and review batch records for accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and investigate complex manufacturing issues, incidents, and reliability problems to maintain continuous operations.
• Communicate with quality, engineering, and other internal departments to ensure work progression and compliance.
• Liaise with external technicians to resolve maintenance issues on packaging equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or a related field, or a High School Diploma.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in a cGMP‑compliant manufacturing environment.
