About the role

The Team Lead – Tele Sales will head a high‑performing SMB sales development team, driving account growth, upsell revenue, cross‑sell opportunities, and new customer acquisition. This role blends frontline sales leadership with hands‑on commercial engagement to ensure a robust pipeline and consistent revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives/SDRs focused on SMB account management and lead generation.
  • Drive team performance across upsell, cross‑sell, and new SMB acquisition targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline generation, progression, and deal closure.
  • Monitor CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and forecasting using Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales leadership on account planning, opportunity prioritisation, and revenue initiatives.

Required profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SMB account management, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of upselling, cross‑selling, and closing short‑cycle SMB deals.
  • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of ICT, technology services, or digital solutions sales (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.

Required skills

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
