Team Leader BIM Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader BIM Architect to head our architectural BIM team. The role involves guiding the team to produce high‑quality BIM models and documentation that meet client and project requirements, while ensuring adherence to BIM standards and delivering models up to LOD 500.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the architectural BIM team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the development of BIM models and ensure compliance with company standards and project BEPs.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Ensure delivery of drawings, schedules, and project documentation extracted from BIM models.
• Conduct model audits and maintain quality control throughout all design and construction stages.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 6–10 years of architectural BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering projects to LOD 500.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• BIM certification or Autodesk Certified Professional is preferred.
