Team Leader – Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Lynkers Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Team Leader who will also serve as a Senior Property Consultant. Based in Cairo, this full‑time, on‑site role involves guiding a team of real‑estate consultants to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of property consultants to achieve collective sales goals.
• Identify, evaluate and present property opportunities that match client needs.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide professional property consultations and negotiate deals.
• Monitor market trends in Cairo and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Mentor team members to improve performance and close transactions.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in real‑estate consulting and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Cairo real‑estate market and ability to analyse trends.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with task management software.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms.
