Technical Account Customer Service Representative (English Speaking)

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an English‑speaking Technical Account Customer Service Representative to join its New Cairo contact centre. You will provide front‑line support to customers, handling inquiries and technical issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and technical assistance in English.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications according to company procedures.
• Work within rotational night and overnight shifts, ensuring coverage and continuity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1/B2 level).
• Graduated (any degree).
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
