About the role
DSDB (DStudios Design & Beyond) is seeking a Technical Architect to join its Architecture & Interior Design team. The role focuses on producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary requirements, and supporting construction documentation for residential, commercial, corporate, and hospitality projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and interior technical drawings and comprehensive design packages.
- Develop construction details, shop drawings, and execution drawings.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, structural, and MEP requirements.
- Review and update drawings based on site conditions and evolving project needs.
- Assist in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and quantity take‑offs.
- Participate in site visits, coordination meetings, and technical reviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to work from the DSDB office in Heliopolis.
- Own a personal laptop capable of running architectural software.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Good proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer (mandatory).
- Revit knowledge is highly preferred.
