Technical Delivery Project Manager (UK IT Portfolio)

About the role

VOIS is looking for a Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex UK IT portfolio initiatives funded through CAPEX. You will shape, design and deliver technology‑enabled transformation projects across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from business case creation to hand‑over to IT operations.
• Lead mobilisation, shaping and design phases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Plan and maintain detailed project roadmaps, dependencies, resources and critical paths.
• Develop and control project budgets, cost estimates and CAPEX governance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, engagement and alignment throughout the project.
• Monitor delivery performance to ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies, including internal teams, system integrators and third parties.
• Drive transformation initiatives involving technical change and business‑process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Vodafone delivery governance and methodologies.

Required profile

• Egyptian national currently residing in Egypt.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects funded through CAPEX.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead multi‑geography teams.
• Excellent understanding of project governance, financial tracking and risk management.
