Technical I – IT Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Technical I – IT Operations Specialist at Concentrix, you will ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT environment. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will support both internal and external clients by maintaining system compliance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Mount, install, and maintain switches and peripheral equipment in IDFs.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades, keeping antivirus definitions and system patches up‑to‑date.
• Resolve break/fix incidents for internal and external clients with a focus on timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate hardware and software inventory reports.
• Conduct safety and routine maintenance checks on IT equipment.
• Clear trouble tickets and work orders, dedicating 60‑70% of time to these activities.
• Support incident and problem management processes.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/SLO requirements while maintaining reliable operations.
• Assist global projects, automation initiatives, and site transition activities.
• Respond to high‑severity issues promptly.
