Technical Lead – Strategy & Leadership

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for a Technical Lead who will shape the strategic direction of projects built on the Skadina platform. You will drive innovation, ensure scalability, and align technical solutions with business objectives while mentoring development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy and long‑term vision for Skadina‑based projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with overall business goals.
• Promote the adoption of Skadina across teams and design scalable architectures.
• Oversee technical risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to guide complex solution designs.
• Guarantee that the platform meets scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience with the Skadina platform.
• Strong leadership track record guiding technical teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
