Technical Office Architect Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Technical Office Architect Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to support the Hyde Park Project in 6th of October or New Cairo. The role involves preparing, reviewing and coordinating architectural documentation and providing technical support to construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings, working drawings and as‑built drawings.
• Verify architectural drawings and specifications against project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs and material submittals.
• Follow up on technical approvals and maintain project documentation.
• Provide technical assistance to construction and site teams.
• Assist in project planning, reporting and progress tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical office activities on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, quantity surveying and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in residential or mixed‑use projects is preferred.
