About the role
We are seeking a Technical Office Architect to lead the preparation and development of shop drawings and construction documentation for interior fit‑out projects. The role bridges design, commercial and site teams to ensure that design intent is accurately translated into buildable drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and develop shop drawings, technical drawings, and construction documentation for interior fit‑out projects.
- Review tender documents and project requirements to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with design, commercial, and site teams throughout all project stages.
- Support design development and produce drawing revisions as required.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing registers.
- Ensure that design intent and project standards are accurately reflected in all drawings.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out or technical office roles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp (plus).
