About the role
We are looking for a Technical Office Architect to support our real‑estate and construction projects in Nasr City, Cairo. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, managing technical documentation, and assisting with quantity surveying and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and review shop drawings and technical documents.
- Support quantity surveying activities and cost estimation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical records and drawings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Office Architect.
- Experience in the real‑estate or construction sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
