Technical Office Engineer – Architecture

About the role

Le Jardin Construction & Development is seeking a qualified Technical Office Engineer specialized in Architecture to support its construction and real‑estate development projects in Alexandria. The role focuses on preparing and managing technical documentation, cost estimates, and tender processes for commercial and concrete‑structure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings and material take‑offs.
• Conduct quantity surveying and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support tendering activities, including bid preparation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project records and assist in cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering (graduation years 2022‑2024).
• 2–3 years of proven technical office experience in construction, real‑estate development, or commercial projects.
• Current residence in Alexandria with no relocation plans for the next three months.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to professional growth.
