Technical Office Engineer (Interior & Furniture)

About the role

Madar Home is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Office Engineer to support its growing portfolio of interior and furniture projects. The role combines client interaction, design development, and coordination with production and site teams to ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to capture requirements for large‑scale interior projects.
• Review and process project details received from clients or the sales team.
• Prepare layout plans for both locally sourced and imported Madar products.
• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and perform inspections.
• Develop interior drawings and designs, including 3D Max visualisations on request.
• Create presentations, mood boards, and detailed documentation for client approval.
• Submit drawings to clients or the sales team and incorporate required modifications.
• Select materials and finishes in coordination with clients.
• Design new layouts and contribute to collection development projects.
• Submit complete project packages (drawings & specifications) to the factory and monitor production stages.
• Visit factories regularly to ensure manufacturing quality and attend site installations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, technical office, or the furniture industry.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
