Technical Office Engineer

About the role

The Technical Office Engineer will create, maintain and review project schedules, coordinate with sales, designers and contractors, and ensure successful carpet installation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, review, and administer project schedules and plans.
• Liaise with Sales Managers and Carpet Designers to discuss project progress and address issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and site engineers to manage carpet installation phases.
• Determine appropriate engineering techniques and installation sequences for each project.
• Supervise projects throughout all stages and provide effective solutions to challenges.
• Regularly update and report on actual progress of projects.
• Meet with clients when required to clarify technical aspects of carpet installation.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate engineers are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to remote project sites.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Revit (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
