Technical Office Manager

About the role

Al Karam Construction is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead the technical office functions for its projects in the 10th of Ramadan City area. The role involves overseeing technical documentation, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that engineering standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, review, and distribution of technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control records within the technical office.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or construction field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in technical office or similar roles within the construction industry.
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation standards.
