Technical Office Manager – Mechanical Engineering

About the role

The Technical Office Manager will lead the technical office of Yalla Edara, ensuring that engineering drawings, project budgets and timelines are accurately prepared and monitored. Based on‑site in Qesm El Nozha, the role supports multiple projects by coordinating with engineering and project teams and delivering research‑based insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and approve technical drawings in line with mechanical engineering standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate daily activities between engineering, design and project management teams.
• Conduct detailed research to gather technical data that supports ongoing projects.
• Monitor project schedules, ensure quality benchmarks are met and facilitate clear communication across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical or managerial role involving drawing preparation and project oversight.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and budgeting principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
