Technical Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to act as the primary liaison between the Production Manager and the Operations teams, ensuring seamless execution of on‑site jobs. The role oversees daily operational activities of revenue‑generating systems, including operators, workflows, hardware and playback devices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all operational staff and ensure they follow company SOPs and production priorities.
• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the Global QA Manager to guarantee the quality of client deliverables.
• Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions.
• Own and support JIRA Work Management boards that track business activities for jobs and projects.
• Coordinate long‑term planning, job status reporting, and change‑control processes with the Production Manager and Global QA Manager.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics reporting using PowerBi.
• Collaborate with global service and support teams to follow opportunity and order/job build processes.
• Ensure routine and preventative maintenance with service and support teams worldwide.
• Analyze operator and machine performance using ORKA data.
• Support and promote the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Required profile

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of audio, video, and film technologies.
• Ability to address operational concerns, monitor customer satisfaction, and analyze training needs.
