Technical Project Manager – Experienced Professional

About the role

Join Schneider Electric in Badr City as a Technical Project Manager and lead multiple small‑scale package and service projects. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage several small‑scale package projects and service initiatives.
• Coordinate directly with customers and back‑office operations.
• Drive the full project lifecycle from order preparation to financial close‑out.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource strategies and conduct risk analyses.
• Monitor progress against milestones and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and analytical support to project teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in managing technical projects, especially in equipment and engineering environments.
• Strong technical knowledge with expertise in project planning, organization, and resource control.
• Ability to create detailed project documentation and risk‑management strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on quality.
• 3+ years of project‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent command of English (French is a plus).
