Technical Recruitment Associate

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruitment Associate to lead full‑cycle hiring for a wide range of technical positions. You will partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to design scalable recruitment strategies while delivering a top‑notch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging‑technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies.
• Design and execute high‑volume and niche recruitment approaches, building sustainable talent pipelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals and networking events.
• Conduct technical screenings, manage structured interview processes and evaluate cultural fit.
• Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and track metrics such as time‑to‑hire and pipeline health.
• Stay updated on tech market trends, salary benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of technical recruitment experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow for sourcing.
• Workable and/or Teamtailor ATS platforms.
• Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello for collaboration.
