Technical Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Microtech is seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Business Development Executive to generate new B2B opportunities, understand customer needs and convert leads into successful deals.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on incoming leads and existing sales opportunities.
• Generate new B2B leads, approach potential customers and prepare quotations, commercial offers and presentations.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and deal closing, maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer calls, meetings and follow‑ups, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable solutions and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development or technical sales (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, business‑oriented mindset and self‑motivation.
• Good command of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

• Basic understanding of IT & Networking solutions.
• Knowledge of CCTV & Security Systems.
• Familiarity with Access Control & Intercom systems.
• Experience with Smart Home & Automation and Low Current Systems.
• Wi‑Fi Solutions, Electrical & Electronics solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
