Technical Sales Executive - IT Industry

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive will promote and sell Dimofinf’s IT products and services, identify new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The role aims to achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience that supports the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales agreements in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, reporting opportunities to the Sales Team Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• Previous experience in the IT, Software, ERP or SaaS industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business events.
