Technical Support Specialist – Gaming Platform

About the role

Join a leading global gaming platform as a Technical Support Specialist, providing first‑line assistance to gamers and ensuring a smooth gaming experience. You will work on a rotating schedule, handling a variety of technical issues across PC and console environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to gamers via chat, email or phone during 11 AM‑11 PM shifts.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including graphics card configurations and game installation crashes.
• Assist users with V‑Sync settings, dedicated vs. integrated graphics, and registry edits (RegEdit) for PC troubleshooting.
• Document cases accurately and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Passionate gamer with solid experience on PC, consoles and other gaming platforms.
• Graduate (bachelor’s degree) with C1‑level English proficiency.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to follow step‑by‑step troubleshooting procedures.

Required skills

• Understanding of dedicated versus integrated graphics cards.
• Familiarity with V‑Sync (Vertical Sync) settings.
• Knowledge of Windows Registry editing (RegEdit) for troubleshooting.
• Basic troubleshooting of game installation crashes.
