Technical Support Specialist

About the role

The Technical Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and provide hands‑on assistance to end‑users. This on‑site role is based in Fayoum and requires a resident of the area.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and related tools.
• Resolve issues with LAN, printers, and other networked equipment.
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripherals, and software.
• Install and maintain end‑user software and hardware.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a help‑desk, IT support, or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, other operating systems, and common office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Must be a resident of Fayoum.
