Tele Sales Agent – International BPO (GCC, US & Europe)

About the role
We are seeking a highly fluent English‑speaking Tele Sales Agent to conduct outbound calls to prospects in the United States, GCC countries, and English‑speaking European markets. The role focuses on quickly introducing the company, presenting our service value, and qualifying leads for further engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in GCC, US, and Europe.
- Introduce yourself and the company professionally within the first 20–30 seconds.
- Present the service value clearly and concisely.
- Identify customer interest, qualify leads, and handle objections confidently.
- Schedule meetings and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain accurate call notes in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Near‑native English proficiency with a clear or neutral international accent.
- 1–2 years of experience in BPO, tele sales, or cold calling.
- Ability to handle calls efficiently within two minutes.
- Strong persuasion and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable calling international clients.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
