Telecommunications Agent

About the role

The Telecommunications Agent ensures seamless communication between guests and hotel services at Rixos Premium Seagate, enhancing overall guest satisfaction through proactive assistance and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, complaints and special needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Greet arriving guests, accompany them to rooms when possible, and follow up during their stay.
• Conduct daily guest contacts to assess satisfaction, record feedback, and complete the “Through Our Guests’ Eyes” report.
• Collect and translate guest questionnaires into English, email results to department managers, and analyse feedback.
• Organise celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries in coordination with relevant departments.
• Process special orders (cakes, flowers, babysitting, transport, medication) and ensure delivery.
• Follow VIP procedures, welcome VIP guests, and provide personalized assistance.
• Guide agency representatives and potential guests around the property.
• Prepare and distribute written activity announcements to guest rooms.
• Manage A la Carte restaurant reservations and related documentation.

Required profile

• Excellent listening and communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document guest feedback accurately.
• Proactive attitude in identifying and resolving guest issues.
• Capability to coordinate with multiple hotel departments.
• Fluency in English for translation and correspondence.
