Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to engage with our existing customers and promote course renewal options. The role focuses on building relationships, understanding learners’ needs, and driving conversion through personalized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers via phone to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to assess learning needs and recommend tailored renewal solutions.
• Monitor students’ progress, analyse performance data and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while working in a target‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
• Motivated, results‑oriented mindset with a high level of self‑drive.
• Comfortable working under performance targets and commission‑based incentives.
