Telesales Representative

About the role
We are looking for motivated Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. In this position you will contact potential retail and wholesale customers to introduce and promote our range of fabrics and curtains, driving sales through phone conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to present and promote company products.
- Explain product features, offers and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fabric or curtain solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customers and sales activities.
- Handle customer questions professionally and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Required profile
- Previous experience in real‑estate telesales or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
